  • Count me in!!! On Nov 3rd 2010 I was 308....... as of today, I am 225.4 as of current weigh in. I have maintained between 228-233 over the last six months. Now I am entering another phase of weight lose, which is to be 205-210 by September for my first half marathon. Since I started MFP, I went from 231. 4 to what I am now....... this in 15 days. This site really works!!! Anyhow, this will give me some motivation for May!!!!

    My NSV - finally got to ride a horse for the first time in many, MANY years after getting my weight under 200. In many places there are weight restrictions, more strict for women than men, on being able to rent a horse for a ride.
