    Good luck to all, I lost very little in April, got mad and STILL bounced back to 230. I'm so sick and tired of this plateau. I am going to change a few things about my diet in May and hopefully I will make it past this 230 business!!
  • Just finished the April Challenge with a 5.3 lb loss!!! Ready for another loss this month!

    I did one last month and only lost 3 lbs for a variety of reasons... really wanted to lose 10 total for the 2 months-so 7 lbs this month! :)
