    Not sure how I lost that much weight. I only worked out 2 days this week because I've been so tired, busy, and sick this week. I worked really hard to stick to my calories and eat healthy. I guess this proves eating healthy is the way to weight loss. I promise I did nto starve myself or anything like that. A couple days I didn't eat too much because I was sick and jus wanted to sleep. This week I'm back to working out hopefully but not sure because looks really busy again. Thanks for this great group it really keeps me on track!

    My scale isn't going to move too much right now. I'm mostly concentrating on weights and my body is often sore these days. :-) I need to take my measurements because I can tell I'm getting tighter/leaner...

    sweettthings - I wonder if you're eating enough, for the calories you're burning... You might try the Olivia method so you can make sure you're not having too large of deficit.

    byronguy74 - At least you didn't gain, while being out of town, so you did great!

    AmandaWarnerz1 - You might survive if you eat somewhere between 1/4 - 1/2 of what they put on your plate. Your taste buds will still be happy and you might be happier with your scale. Good luck!
