    5' 4.5 inches. Size 8. Was 236, size 16 last year. Today is day 236 for me on MFP. I lift heavy and LOVE IT.
    I"m still a work in progress .... a bit more tweaking the body ......

    Oh .. my weight you ask?

    WOW! More proof that the scale doesn't matter as much as measurements! Great job! I just started ChaLEAN Extreme for weight lifting and I am loving it! Great job!

    How about we add in what we NET in calories each day too, so...

    5"4, 193 lbs and I net approx my BMR, 1500, or a little over it...... not losing weight but losing inches....

    Started at 210, wearing a Sz 20 in Dec, now weighing 193 and in a Sz 14

    i net about the same, 1500, been upping my calories to try and break the plateau i hit. seems to be working so far :-)

    Coincidentally, last week I also increased my calories from 1400 to 1550 (usually I end up just under that) and finally dropped as well! :)

    5'3" and 258. BMI "says" we should be around 125 to 140 I think? Something like that. Yeah good luck with that. The lowest I've been in the last... 20 yrs was 188. So I'd like to get to around 170--175 and see how I look/feel. The recommendations for people our height do seem very small.

    I just upped mine, too! I also took 4 days off from logging to help reset my metabolism.

    Even after working with my trainer last year he said reallistically I probably wont ever see 140
    Im not a 15 year old anymore :P but he promised me that I can be 170 and look like
    I weigh 140 :D

    I got down to 180 and looked fantastic.
    Of course then I had surgery and fell completely off the wagon
    and havent trained with him.
    Im ready to get back on and stay on. :)

    But first I wanna bring some friends along for the ride!

    I'm 5ft 3inches, currently 180lbs (but I was 193 in January of this year). At my heaviest, I was 225lbs and I've weighed as little as 137lbs. Most of my adult life I've been somewhere between 175 -210.

    I know exactly what I need to do to lose weight and keep it off and I'm really good at staying motivated for long periods of time but if I fall off the wagon for a couple of days? Oh man, forget about it! So hard to get back on!

    I'm 5'0", hit my high weight of 190 and that's when I decided I needed to make a huge lifestyle change. Been on here for 6 days and down 4lbs. Please feel free to add me :)

    I'm 5'4 and 27 years old CW: 200.8 Mini GW: 170 thats what I weighed Jan. 2011 before I got prego. The lowest weight I remember ever being was 163 my senior year of high school. My ultimate goal weight is 135 I just wanna know what it feels like to be able to shop in any store I choose and to buy a size small or single digit pair of pants, lol.

    I'm just under 5'3" and when I started I was about 192. I've only been here a short time, going on 3 weeks now I think, so I haven't lost a lot yet. Only 3 lbs but I've lost .5" around my waist and 1" off my hips. I'd be mre than happy to be part of the "shorties" group, lol. Add me as a friend if you like :o)

    I'm 5'2 and my Hw was 183 lbs now I'm around 163-160 lbs, I noticed I've had a steady weight loss when I net around 1400-1500 calories, I'm now trying to eat 1630 and burn around 200 cal doing jm 30 day shred :)

    I'm about 5'3.5 and weigh 260.5. Just started my diet. Smallest was about 135 in my 20's. 51 now. Would like to get down to 150.

    I'm 5'3.5" and today I weighed in at 188. According to that I'm not above 190, but I was 3 days ago! Lol.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way.

    I remember being 102 5th grade and feeling fat. I wish I had known then I'd still be the same height 12 years later! I also started in developing early, so I know my weight has been affected by that.

    My weight fluctuates a bit, but I'm basically at the most I've ever weighed (maybe 193?) and do not want it to get higher.

    I am also the biggest size I've ever been - 18/19. It's been 6 years since I graduated high school, but throughout high school I weighed about 164 and was size 16.

    Then, my senior year I was more active with my friends, got on birth control to regulate my hormones and lost about 20 lbs without trying. Then I started working and would walk 2 miles to work and stand for 6-8 hours and lost a bit more weight.

    I had to have my gallbladder removed a few weeks before my high school graduation and lost weight/sizes because of that. I graduated wearing size 13 pants.

    I've gained about 50 lbs in the last 6 years and do not like it. Even worse, my cup size has gone up to 40DDD/F! That is not acceptable to me! Lugging these things around isn't fun. :grumble:

    I want to get down to 135.

    I'd love to make some friends on here who understand my plight and can help me stay motivated.

  • 5'4 and the last time I weighted (2/24), I weighed 224. Ideally, I'd like to get down to 160 but I'll settle for 175. :)

    Wow. I am impressed by your biceps, tabinmaine! lol, and you're just an inch taller than me and 9lb heavier! WTG!

    I started in January 2012 at 169.5 I am 5'3", I am now 137.5, I am 57 years old, I am so happy. If I can do it you can too.

    I'm 5'3" and I weigh 251 lbs.. and that's after a 13 lb loss so far. Last time I saw a ONE in front of my weight was when I was 2 months pregnant and had morning sickness from hell. Lost 15 lbs in 5 days. That put me down to 195... I haven't seen that weight since January of 2005 =/

    I'm 5'3' and I weigh 248. When I graduated high school and was entering college in a military program I weighed 117-120. Hurt my knee during orientation training at the Navy Base and wasn't able to run anymore. Add to that 2 kids and wallah 248.

    Theoretically if I hadn't hurt my knee and had stayed in the military I would probably still weight between 120-130, but I don't see how I could realistically be that weight no matter how much weight I lose or how fit I am. I would like to get down to at least 140-150.

    Looking for a goal weight around 150-160

    i am 5'3" and i started at 212, that was my highest... i am now at 191... hoping to get out of the 190s SOON!! i got to 187 and then fell off wagon and now here i am!

    You are not alone. I am 5'4 and weight 264. This is the most I have ever weighed and I decided enough is enough. We are in this together and the support I am finding here is wonderful. This group of people is so motivating. Just reach out for help...I did and the number of people that stepped up was amazing.

    I'm 5'3", and I currently weigh 216.

    My BMR = 1685, my TDEE is about 2500, so I net about 2000 calories per day. I do a fitness plan that includes weight training, as well as some limited cardio.

    I belong to the Eat More Weigh Less group - I've lost about 8 lbs since I joined that group.

    40 years old, 5'1" and well over 200 lbs here. The last time I saw "Onederland" was 5 years ago, when I got down to 196.5. I so want to be there now! I have lost 20 lbs in the past 2 months though, so I'm on my way!

  • I'm 5"4 and am 197. The heaviest I have ever been. Starterd last week at 201 would like to get to 164. Seems such a long way off and so trying to break it down to 10 llb targets
