how can i register my burned cal pls tell me
When you enter your exercise in your diary, it'll give you the calories burned. Using the format provided on the first page of this thread (or that you see others using) enter your total calories burned and what you did to burn those calories - e.g. walking, weights, workout DVD, etc. Does that help?0 -
