After doing the online survey, I realized that I am in good health. I don't have any serious problems - some problems with my lower back but that's it. So, I am very blessed.

Wow. Surprising. Except I don't have any health problems, and my parents are still alive and rather old. :) That probably helps.

So I figure if I lose more weight I'll be even 'younger' by their standards.

I like how they downgraded me for not doing enough exercise (7 days a week not enough?) and not taking any supplements. Hmmmm........

** 8 years younger** Wow! This is great news!

I "aged" because I don't have a dog, because I need to eat 4 pieces of fruit a day (I thought I was doing good with 2 pieces!) and because I work out too hard! I thought my P90X and running was a good thing, but apparently it is aging me!

    Thanks for this suggestion!

    Real Age: 15.6 O.o!

I'm supposedly not working out hard enough. WHAT?! 6 days per week 60 minutes per day + normal walking most days. o.O
I also should be taking supplements and eating 6 to 11 servings of grains per day. Who the heck eats 6 to 11 servings of grains per day anyways? O.O That would be a lot of carbs and bloating...
