    and yes We still can gain wieght!!! :( Trying to get a grasp on this weight before the BIG 4-0! I want to go into the 40's as fit as I was before my Son (who is now 5) came along. hubby is on sift work, we have no relatives here to babysit. Just dont' have the conveniences to get to the gym anymore like I used to. Summer isnt' so bad, because I now have a small acreage, and it's easier to"work Out" when you're trimming huge branches off trees, landscaping, mowing etc. the winter months (in Alberta, Canada) are harse. and the outdoor "gym" is not really accessible. Only want to tone up and maybe drop 15lbs or so...it's the "feeling" of muscles and strength I want back...so many ailments and jsut don't feel as fit anymore.
    Wedding planned for Feb 2013 with boy's dad...so there's another incentive for sure!!!

    38... starting over in all aspects... and in CHARGE!!! I feel better than I did when I was 28! And hope to look better soon than 18!

    Almost 37! And while I may no longer have the body I had in my 20s I have a much better awareness on how to take care of me and I'm feeling better than ever. :-)
