    You look amazing. I used a weight loss calculator the other day, I need to lose 114 pounds, and it said it was not possible within 1 year, unless I ate -412 calories a day. I needed to see this, thank you.

    First off, GREAT JOB! That's pretty inspirational for me being a big guy as well. I'm curious has to how much loose skin you ended up with after that much of a weight loss. I started at 287lbs and am currently 255. My goal weight is 210lbs. Your success is truly amazing!
