      WOW! That is amazing!! You're amazing!! God has blessed you with a successful lifestyle change.
      I had lost 80lbs in about a year, but ended up in a 1 1/2 yr hiatus....with only a 10lb gain. Sooooo just restarted my mission a week ago with membership to a gym. Do share your inspiring ideas, suggestions for me to get my last 40lbs off.
