Chicken Stroganoff (my son can't get enough of this)

1 lb Frozen, boneless chicken breasts
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 15-16 oz container low fat sour cream
    1 envelope onion/mushroom soup mix

Put frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot, mix cream soup, sour cream and and soup mix together an pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours (until chicken is done and pulls apart).

Cook one package of NO Yolk Egg Noodles and mix in with chicken and serve. You can use rice or any other pasta (bowtie or elbow macaroni work well).

    Lemon honey chicken

    Whole chicken
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup honey
    Lemon

Wash lemon and pierce with fork several times
Put lemon in cavity of chicken
    Place chicken in crock pot
Dump hobby and oh over chicken
    Cook 6-8 hours on low

Chicken will be moist and literally fall apart

Mine is usually in 8-10 hours and is still delicious

Not sure if this was mentioned since I don't feel like reading everything...lol

    Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

5 lb pork shoulder or butt in crock pot, add 2 liter of root beer (or enough to cover pork). Let cook on low for 6-7 hours. Pull out of slow cooker, dump the root beer, shred the pork. Mix with your favorite bbq sauce....(Sweet Baby Ray's....mmmm). I've made this many many times and it always comes out amazing.

This is exactly how we make our pulled pork lol, down to the sweet baby rays and everything! mmm we love it!

Chicken tacos- 2 cups chicken broth, 1 pound chicken breast and 1 package taco seasoning. Mix seasoning and broth in the crockpot and add chicken. I cook it on low while I'm at work (8-9 hours) and then I shred the chicken.

Then, of course add to tacos with all the fixins. :-) Also great for taco salads.

That sounds delicious!! Thanks for sharing! :)

soak some lentils or pulses & add them for a cheap high protein thickener. They fill you up too so no need for potatoes!
