    salsa, it's good on grilled chicken, as a salad dressing and on baked potatoes. I also add a bit to pasta sauces to put on spaghetti squash

    I love almost ALL condiments, which is sometimes a very bad thing. But I'd have to say salsa/hot sauce is my favorite option to spice up any dish.

    Extra virgin olive oil is fabulous, too.

    I used to cook in EVOO, too, but did you know its fats actually turn "bad" when cooked? While olive oil has some great monosaturated fats, but heat can damage the nutrients of those fats. I was eating VERY healthily last summer (lots of raw produce and really light curries of veggies only), but looking back on photos from the summer, I realize I looked bloated the whole time I was eating so healthily. I'm convinced it was because I was cooking my olive oil. Here's a website with a little more info on what I'm talking about:

    Jalapeno Tabasco sauce. Not the hottest sauce out there but I just *LOVE* the flavour. I even put it on top of fresh jalapeno :P

    1 TBSP Sour cream with any meat.. yum yum! Taste kind of like stroganoff for only 25 calories for the real stuff.

    Garlic. Fresh or powder or both. I put that ish on everything.

    Sirracha and soy sauce are also good.

    Natural yogurt! It lends itself to sweet or savoury and you can put it on almost anything, yum yum....

    I put cinnamon on everything cinnamon-able. I eat probably a tablespoon of it a day! :)
