I just started doing Brazil Butt Lift Wed and I'm super excited about it? Anyone else on here doing this workout? I'd love to hear what you think about it and what kind of results you've gotten.

I'm on week two right now. I really felt it the first week, not so much this week. I'm on the pear-shape plan (can't remember what it is called). This week didn't include any Bum Bum. Aaaand - i'm not feeling it in my bumbum. But i just bought ankle weights today. So I hope that will help. That band was useless!

But i love the sculpt for my arms.

I think I'll repeat week two next week since i didn't feel it much...

I saw that he has it set up where you work out about an hr a day and there's no way I can devote more than a half hr daily to it. Congrats on your accomplishment. You should be proud!

Tomorrow will be the end of week one. I am doing the too big workout. I am having a blast and grateful that no one can see me doing it. My bum bum doesn't move like it did in my 20's...but who knows, after 60 days it may!

I'm just doing my own thing with it since I don't have an hr a day. I've reached my goal weight so I'm working more on muscle definition now but would like to drop another 5 lbs or so. I've done all but one of the workouts (sculpt) i like them all except cardio axe. I'm way too uncoordinated for that one, lol. Would rather do my elliptical.

Try the Butt Bible...inexpensive and you will most definitely feel some bum burn! Also, the workouts start at 20 minutes and the longest are 40, once you advance to the third level.

@jennaimarres, I don't mean this in a weird way, but your butt & thighs look amazing! If I don't look more like you when I get done with this one, I'll have to check out the Jillian video!

I am super uncoordinated too, but it is all memorization. I am pretty good at this point up until he puts all four combos together, then i begin to get mixed up and trip over my feet!
I too am strapped for time (work full time, busy teens, and post graduate student) so I am trying an am workout and a pm work out. I will let you know how it goes.

I know...I've decided that I need to just stick with the beat and keep moving. Oh and I need to skip the spinning around parts bc if I try those I'm screwed, lol.

I love killer buns and thighs--it really helped my legs get toned and thin, and you feel the burn in your butt!

Did the high and tight today (logged as 30 minutes of light calisthenics..?). I got some ankle weights. I also got a better resistance band although i think most of the ones you can find are kind of pitiful. I also keep worrying they'll snap.

Anyway, I feel the floor exercises mostly in my thighs. The ones where you are kind of on all fours. It was even MORE in my thighs with ankle weights. Anyone else have this issue? Or is it just that i have weak thighs?

    I don't know...

I feel the bumbum workout, so maybe I'll switch to that - this week was all high and tight and no bum bum.

    Agh.

My opinion is that if you're working your thighs, you're working your butt too. I loved high & tight, but my thighs are more of a problem area than my butt. Bum bum is an awesome workout. It was the first one I tried and was sweating like crazy! Felt great when I got done after taking a shower, LOL. Can't wait to try sculpt for the first time tomorrow!

    I like your theory.

I really like sculpt. It is pretty much ALL arms, a little abs, and no real butt or thigh work. In case you were worried. It's a nice break from all the lower body and will keep you balanced. I am amazed at how out of shape my arms are. But I'm working on it!

Just finished sculpt. My arms feel like jello! I have a lot of upper back, shoulder & neck tension and am hoping this might help. I think I'll do bum bum tomorrow.

I am starting week 3 tomorrow but I finished 4 weeks over a year ago with some nice results. This time I am really working my butt off and following the program to the T. I love this workout. I also did 90x and had excellent results as well.

Hello all! I just started the Brazil Butt Lift, well I got it in the mail about 2 weeks ago and was really excited about it...I started the video and lasted all of 5 minutes haha! I have since worked up my endurance and did half the bum bum video today. Maybe by next week I can complete the whole thing. I REALLY wish these workout videos would go in "levels" like....i'm new to this and uncoordinated and lack endurance so lets start with a SLOW video and focus on TECHNIQUE before I get all dancey and such. I'm going to keep trying though...not really following the program 100%, just using it as a tool when I can't get to the gym.

I love bbL. I think some of the videos are fast paced but you can always just paused the dvd and work your way up. If you stick with it, you will see results.

I've really been liking BBL! I've been doing it now for a little under 4 weeks (sadly to say, not constantly, i sometimes skip days) but i've noticed a huge difference. I would complain about the pace and increasing intensity of the video because once your muscles are burned out from 25+ minutes of working, you're not consistently doing your best on the upcoming moves. When I get to this point I pause the video for about 2 or so minutes and drink water and try to convince myself to continue. the only REAL complaint I have is it's killer on my knees, and I'm only 16. Soooo.... But, I've seen great results, if you're on the fence about time length or getting it in general, flip on over to the YESS side, its totally worth it :)

I LOVE BBL.... I do have a GREAT time doing it. I like that the videos aren't an hour long for each one. I def don't have that much time. I don't follow the program to a "T", but I do stay busy on the days that I don't feel like pushing play.... I am hoping that I get a little more enthusiastic about the program since summer is right around the corner and vacation is like a MONTH away!!! AAAHHH... Don't know if my bum bum will be swim suit ready, but hopefully it will be ready for some shorts :)

30 Days is up for me on Sunday. I can't wait to take a pic of my booty and compare. I am already pretty excited about the inches but won't post those till it is officially 30 days!
