    This is my first week doing this challenge!!!

    weekly goal : 3500

    MON : 452 (jogging w/ dog, eliptical machine at YMCA)
    TUES : 899 (jogging with dog, eliptical machine and expresso bike at YMCA)
    WED : 1,075 (jogging with dog, eliptical machine at YMCA)

    LEFT TO GO : 1,074

    I can't go to the YMCA over the weekend b/c of work, so I'll have to make sure i get good workouts in Thurs and Friday!
