suggestions 4 exercising. knee replacement, spinal fusion twice on back nuts n bolts. I do some walking but thats about all. want 2 tone arms n thighs, trying 2 strengthen also. thanks

Get some hand weights or a kettlebell. That will help with the upper body. Have you tried an elliptical? I know that everyone with bad knees does not have a good experience on it but I have. It is much easier on my knees then the walking I do.
Also, swimming would be really great for your limitations. No pressure on any joints.0 -
