Nuts...eggs, cheese, avacado, peanut butter and lean meats are all high in calories.
A protein drink is always a good choice also.

If I see myself coming up really low for the day I may have a small handful of peanuts or almonds, depending on if I think the extra hit of fats will help or hurt. Though honestly if I'm more than 200-300 under goal for the day it's probably from lack of fat.

Yogurt, cheese, fruit, cereal (cold or hot), popcorn, hummus & carrots or a pita loaf... there are lots of ways to grab a little extra nutrition.

Myself, I'm about to go have a few drinks. Not the ideal way to get calories maybe. Nobody's perfect.

I would eat 1 box of oreo cookies.......that would do it.

This is golden due to recent acts. But It's actually 1800 calories (30 Oreos). The only reason why I remember this is I didn't have one for years and was saying that when I hit goal I'd eat a box of oreos, which I did recently over a few hours. I even made a post about it with pictures of me with oreos haha:

Brown rice, brown rice pasta, quinoa, potatoes.

I just don't know why you'd want to cut out bread/pasta unless you're gluten intolerant or something, but brown rice pasta is gluten free!

^^Why are you starving yourself? Seriously I looked at your diary you had one cookie today?!?!?!

    Please people EAT!

There is nothing wrong with breads, pasta, rice....all in moderation! Add nuts, avocados, peanut butter and olive oil to your diet to add calories! Eat bigger portions! Make a big ole healthy protein shake! Eat and enjoy...just stay in the calorie range.

I'm not starving myself at all? I was horribly ill all weekend. If you look, for Friday I had a total of 1900 calories, Saturday less because I was even worse off. Sunday, again still pretty sick but I did eat...

On average I eat around 1774 calories before eating back calories burned through exercise.
