Is anybody doing anything special to loose this 5lbs or just following the mfp calories. I followed the 17 day diet and lost 8 lbs back in December might do it again..basicaly is no white flour, or bread products......lean proteins veggies 2 fruits a day and 2 probiotic servings. It was alot of food to eat and healthy......anybody in?

I've been fluctuating between 137 and 140 for the past few months. I was down to 134 this past December though. If I could be under that and STAY UNDER that by the end of this month I would be thrilled!
This is the story of my life for the past 4-5 months. Up and down the same few pounds. I was 138 on the 1st and today I'm at 141. SO frustrating.0 -
Same story with me. I initially lost about 10 lbs in the first two months and then lost another three or four in March, but seem to be stuck at 137-138 for the past month. I just can't seem to get below 137 for some reason even though I'm doing all the right things (most of the time anyway).
