    Squats and deadlifts with weights, round it off with lunges. Even with my big ole belly right now I'm trying to shrink those exercises have my butt and legs looking real good!

    Squats and "duck walk" that I do while I'm gardening. It's much easier on the back and it really works out the butt & hammies. :)

    The Butt Bible works great its almost like Brazil butt lift but it doesnt make your heart want to come out of your chest its more slow paced and more focused on the moves. good luck!
