OK, I'll join in. Mine are still covered in fat, but there are impressive biceps under there, somewhere... maybe.
Edit: Damn, that picture is blurry. I expected more from an iPhone 4. Also, ignore the bright blue wall in the computer room... it was the kid's room before we bought the house, and we haven't repainted yet, LOL.0 -

For biceps, try standing with your back against a wall, feet out in front of you about 1-2 feet depending on how tall you are. Bend your knees just a little (it's not a wall sit). This will stabilize your back and prevent you from swaying back as you curl up. Helps decrease pain too for most folks. If you can, have someone hand you the weights so you don't have to pick them up and walk with them.
This position also works for lateral raises.
You can turn it into a wall squat holding your weights in close to your body to work your quads and glutes. Push through your heels on the way up to activate your glutes and protect your back.
For Triceps, you can lay flat on the floor with your knees bent and do skull crushers. You can also do dumbbell chest press in this position.
Be sure to work your upper back too if you're going to do chest and shoulders. The reverse fly machine will let you stand with your back supported, just put your feet out a bit as above. The row machine will provide support against the chest.
Maybe you're doing all of this already, but if not, just thought I'd throw out some tips that might make it easier and less painful. One of the most important things with back pain is to keep moving despite the pain, but modifying your activities to decrease the pain will help a lot!
Good luck! Keep moving :-)
