I'm so nervous about this! I've been doing REALLY badly the last few months and gained back seven pounds... so here's hoping this will push me to lost them again!

This week's NSV: A colleague who I don't speak to all that much walked up to me and said "Can I just say, you're fading away and looking more and more beautiful each day" - I don't think anyone has ever called me beautiful before. Such a special moment.0 -
