I so NEED this challenge and the extra support and encouragement. I haven't been doing so good lately at journaling or sticking to anything for more than 2-3 days. I woke up yesterday determined to take care of me!! I had a great day, but nights are the hardest. Ugh!! Anyway. Today is a new day and now I have a group who will hold me accountable!!
