    I want new walking/running shoes this month! That will be my reward for making this goal. :-)

    NSV this week: My scrub pants that were tight at the beginning of my journey fall off of me now if they are not tied.

    GW: 133.00 (Note - lowering it to 130 pounds though)

    I know I'm late but I'm in for this one.

    SW- 237 (1st Jan)
    CW- 199.6 (1st May)
    GW - 195 - that will mean I've lost 42 lb (3 stone)
    UGW - 150

    6th May: 196.0 (such a surprise this morning! Think I'll have to re-evaluate this month's goal!)

    This week's NSV: A colleague who I don't speak to all that much walked up to me and said "Can I just say, you're fading away and looking more and more beautiful each day" - I don't think anyone has ever called me beautiful before. Such a special moment.

    I want in too!!! I am a little late I hope that is okay =) Having so much to lose, I am really aiming for a 10lb loss this month, But I will still be VERY happy with 5lbs!

    I so NEED this challenge and the extra support and encouragement. I haven't been doing so good lately at journaling or sticking to anything for more than 2-3 days. I woke up yesterday determined to take care of me!! I had a great day, but nights are the hardest. Ugh!! Anyway. Today is a new day and now I have a group who will hold me accountable!!

  • Wow, you guys are doing an awesome job so far and we are not even a week in! Keep up the hard work and if you do not loose weight please post your NSV. (No Scale Victory.) It really does motivate other people. :)
