My first time doing this challenge. I'm excited!

The long walkFriday after work Thursday made my knee flare up so I have been resting it. Just a small walk today.
Week # 1 -- April 30th -- 275 minutes, Goal 250 minutes but hoping for more: Made it but will see what the weekend brings!
Mon: 60 minutes of Aquafit
Tue: 35 minutes elliptical to warm up and weight training
Wed: 70 minutes of Aquafit
Thur: active work but no formal exercise
Fri: 90 minutes of walkking and upper body weight training
Sat: rest day
Sun: 20 minute walk
Total / min left: 275 / 0 25 minutes OVER GOAL!!!!!0 -

Mon: 90 minutes walking (45 min. on treadmill & 45 min. outdoors)
Tue: 48 minutes walking (treadmill)
Wed: 49 minutes walking (treadmill)
Thur: 95 minutes (50 min. on treadmill & 45 min, outdoors)
Fri: 52 minutes walking (treadmill)
Sat: 133 minutes (45 min. of Zumba, 12 min. Arc Trainer, 33 min. bike & 43 min. walking outdoors)

Came up 60 minutes short this week. That walking in malls after stepping on a nail was NOT smart. I am going to try to get back into exercising tomorrow after giving my foot a break.
