    My first time doing this challenge. I'm excited!

    Week # 1 -- April 30th -- Goal 200 minutes:

    Mon: 22 min - 2 mile jog
    Tue:
    Wed:
    Thur: 45 min cycling class
    Fri: 60 min Zumba class
    Sat: 60 min gym
    Sun: 60 min gym

    Total / min left: 247 / (47) OVER GOAL!!!!!

    Saturday - all day housework
    Sunday - 71 minutes tennis - 430 calories burned

    Week Total - 286 minutes of moving

    The long walkFriday after work Thursday made my knee flare up so I have been resting it. Just a small walk today.
    Week # 1 -- April 30th -- 275 minutes, Goal 250 minutes but hoping for more: Made it but will see what the weekend brings!

    Mon: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Tue: 35 minutes elliptical to warm up and weight training
    Wed: 70 minutes of Aquafit
    Thur: active work but no formal exercise
    Fri: 90 minutes of walkking and upper body weight training
    Sat: rest day
    Sun: 20 minute walk

    Total / min left: 275 / 0 25 minutes OVER GOAL!!!!!

    Mon: 40 minutes - walked 2 miles, some hill
    Tue: 60 minutes - moving furniture and spring cleaning, climbing ladders etc.
    Wed: Nothing - stepped on a nail, I'm out of commission, hopefully not for long
    Thur: 120 minutes - walking at a mall
    Fri: none
    Sat: none
    Sun: none

    Total / min left: 220/ 60

    Came up 60 minutes short this week. That walking in malls after stepping on a nail was NOT smart. I am going to try to get back into exercising tomorrow after giving my foot a break.

    LOL. I did a walk before breakfast, and then was trying to figure out what i'd do to make up the difference when the kids reminded me we had swimming for 3 hours! Sheesh.
