What is your goal weight? I'm at about 145-150 lbs and was wondering where everyone is aiming for and when I will reach a good goal weight!

140 is my first goal but my ultimate goal is 130.0

150 is my initial goal, but I wouldn't turn down 135 either.0

Goal right now is 150 (currently 217) but I'm sure I'll adjust it once I get there0

I am 160 right now and my goal is between 125-130. I was between 115-120 before I had kids, but I don't want to be that thin again.0

Im 5'6 1/2 and currently i weight 136.9. My goal weight was 135, now im thinking 130 would be better. Right nowing im wearing a size 6.0

I'm 5'8" and currently flucuating around 137 and wearing a size 4(tight)-6. Goal weight is 130 and under 20% Body Fat.0

my original gw was 140 but now I'm 128 and still think I could drop to 126 a round 9st. I am changing my mindset now though to the fact the number isn't the issue its how the body is adapting to any losses. I'm swaping my goals to working on building muscle mass so I wouldn't be too bothered if my weight went back to 1400

Around 130-132 for me. This would make me a size 2-4. But, naturally I tend to stay around 135lbs when I'm being good with my diet and exercise. Right now I'm at 140.0

I'm at 136 right now. Aiming for 125 to 130. But I would accept a higher number if I could have six pack abs!0

I agree with her! I am big boned as well so 160 is my goal weight and I'm 180 now. Started 240.0 -
Im 5,7 & my goal is 160, I wudnt mind being 155, but anything less, I'd look like Im on drugs! Happy Losing gals!:drinker:0

I do have a lot of muscle though and feel like anything lower and I'd lose my curves...0 -
I'm currently 163, but I'd love to get down to 140-145. I was there a few years ago and felt great

I've just started this weight loss journey. I'm weighing in at 187 and have set my goal to be 140. I was 117 when I got married and hovered around 125 after each pregnancy and I look too thin in pictures from that time in my life. So, I don't want to go lower than 130 - ever!0

Hi, I am 5'6.5-5'7 and told by my doctor I am large built. I need to weigh around 140-150 pounds.0

I've had the same measurements for ever, around a size 10, but my weight has fluctuated between 130 and 145 over the years... and I liked it better at 145 because I had the muscles! I'd like to be a bit smaller, size 6 would be neat, but I have no idea how much that will weigh.
It's weird that I am size 10 right now, 131 lbs, but I caught myself getting BIGGER even though I weigh less. Turns out all that muscle weighed a lot and didn't take up a lot of space.0
