I look and feel great at about 150. I look creepy skinny if I'm below 130-140. I'm 199 right now.0

I'm 5'7" exactly. I'm 145 lbs now and 135 is my goal...I haven't been less than that since my 20's and don't want to be. I'm 41 and I think that makes a huge difference, my body type has changed a little since I was young. I never worked out in my life until after I had a baby at 35 and got up to 165. The lbs were easy to lose, I have much more muscle now, and I maintained for several years...but the lbs mysteriously started to creep back on this year, so I'm trying calorie counting for the first time in my life. I put on weight in my legs, when that's gone and I can happily wear shorts and shorter dresses, I'm happy!0

My start weight was 157lbs.... I have reached my UGW of 125lbs ... Love bein this weight although I started to be really happy with myself at 1300

I started at 190lbs, with an initial goal of 140, but then I ended up losing a bit more and now am at 130lbs. Very happy at this weight!0

I'm currently at 139 and that was my original goal, but now that I'm there, I'm thinking 135 would be nice, or maybe even 130. Don't want to lose too many of my womanly curves.0

My goal is between 145/150. I am closer to 5'8, and currently 174 pounds.0

140 is my first goal but my ultimate goal is 130.
Agree with this! I'm just under 150 now...0 -
I'm 5'7" and a half and my gw is 150. Currently at 183 and started at 2310

5'7 and 210 right now. Started at 220 and would love to be back down to 130-140 zone. Haven't been there since I graduated high school!0

I'm 5'7 and right now I'm at 152. I started at 220. My goal weight is 145-146. Any less than that would make me look too small I think and i'd also lose whatever curves I have...and it's already not much...lol0

I'm 5'7", and my goal weight is 170. When I felt the best, had very few issues with my joints (I have a joint condition), and was extremely comfortable in my own skin, I was between 165 and 175. I have a wider bone structure and don't want to be too skinny. 26lbs to go!!!
Holy cow, just realized I'm really NOT that far away from my goal!!! Especially since I lost 30ish pounds before I started here, too... so I'm down almost 45, not just the 14 it says I'm down!0 -
My goal weight is 156!0

Currently 128lb (very small frame) and wanting to get to approx 18% BF so I guestimate my weight would be between 120-125 to be at the BF level. Although when I first started here at 180lb my original goal weight was 145lb so your perspective definately changes as you get closer to your goals.0

at the moment my goal is 170lbs. When i get there i will worry about going smaller, if i want to.0

I'm 5'8 and my goal weight is 165. I weighed 145 in highschool and was very, very thin. I don't want to lose what I've been blessed with after having my kids!
I am the same way. In high school I was very fit and played sports daily. I was 145 and skinny and wore a 4 and at tops a 6. I had muscular butt and thighs too. My goal now is 155-160.0 -
According to the fitness consultant at my gym, someone my age (21) and height (5'7'') should be 150 lbs exactly. When she told me this I was over 230 lbs so it was a big shock.
150 lbs is my ugw still, but it feels so far away! I'm hovering around 200 right now and building muscle.
I haven't been 150 lbs since I was about 12 years old so it should be interesting to revisit that weight as an adult!0
