    Thanks!

I linked to my blog in the OP for my long drawn out explanation but the short of it is that I've been running 3-4 days/week on specific training plans, doing Jillian Michael's DVDs in the morning 5-6 days/week, plus walking my dog for 30-60 mins every day. Food-wise I eat back my exercise calories, try to get at least 100g protein a day, drink 120 oz of water a day, and eat a variety of whole foods that I prepare myself with treats in small portions on a regular basis.
