So i recently hit the onderland .. here are my stats ..
starting weight - 236
plateau ; 205-200
Currently - 193 !!!!!!!
How did i do it you ask ?
( again this is what works for ME )
i eat 1200 calories , 5 meals , 3 300 meals nd 2 100 snacks ..
i eat cereals , oatmeals nd fruit salads for breakfast since fiberone has like 13g of fiber
which keeps you full longer nd i have a apple which is 5g of fiber. What ill eat for dinner
ill have for lunch , so i get my carbs in at lunch , rice , wraps , potatoes, breads nd have
fish/chicken w veggies nd for dinner i have fish n veggies , fruit salads, yogurt w fruit .
As for snacks i eat fruits nd veggies , fiberone bars nd kashi bars.
i drink 100oz of water nd up tp 64oz of green tea.
My exercise regimen is an hour of just dance nd i go on youtube to get the songs,
the biggest loser cardio max for 30-45min , walk for 1-2hrs nd the gym for like 2hrs,
i mix nd match the exercises , nd sundays are my rest days.
i do cheat every now and then ..
