I'm new here... no huge diet plans of as yet... just want to loose 30 lbs without major dieting of any sort. Using the calorie counter to tweek the way I eat.

Welcome! When i started i had no major plan either. I just wanted to keep track of what i was eating and how much everything was in calories.
