@dmgaloha - I have pcos which gives me a real apple shape. I got the pregnant assumption on Sunday, but I am a 55yo grandmother! But the dear that assumed is really struggling with alzheimers, so I easily forgave her. Usually the ones who make that comment are seriously mentally ill (I work in a psych hospital) - so my take is anyone who asks that is seriously mentally ill!0 -

To get to it for the first time, the easiest way is to go to the end of the first topic to click the continuation link. And thanks for the 'mentally ill' comment - it made me laugh! I have PCOS too - total apple! Any tips on losing from the belly would be greatly appreciated!0 -
NSV : Going through my wardrobe and discarding clothes that I wore last summer because they are too big! Normally I do this and I discard them for the opposite reason
@Belle - I think I should be doing the same. I had two, not just one, but two people assume I was pregnant on Monday. Just when you think you're making progress, too. :grumble: Anyway, don't know if it's wearing clothes that are now getting too big for me; or if I'm losing everywhere but my belly which makes it stick out more? Whatever it is, it's not nice.
I had a top on the other day too that was 'hanging off me' and I looked pregnant so that went straight in the charity bag!!!! Last thing I want now is for people to start thinking I am pregnant! I am the same as you ... losing weight everywhere except my belly! I know you cannot spot reduce but if you could I so would.

As to losing the belly, I have the best shape now in a long time due to working with my trainer on core strength and abdominal shaping. She's on maternity leave right now, so will be getting back to it soon.0 -
