    I agree with all of the comments. You look amazing. Can you recommend resources for learning about heavy lifting. Just like you I have done free weights and pilates to tone, but I think I would like to try heavy lifting. Not sure where and how to start, though.

    Umm.....I had a trainer to help me start. But, there's the book New Rules of Lifting for Women., bodybuilding.com, youtube.com has some pretty good videos and tutorials. You just gotta look and weed through to find what you are looking for.

    Awwww yeaaaah! Awesome job! Im 5'4 as well and looked almost identical to you at 194 lbs (im now 168) so im super pumped to have a visual of what I might look like at my goal of 140 and girl you're looking damn good!
