Fat and saturated fat - how much do you have?!

Hi all,

Just wondered how many grams of fat you have on average a day? and saturated fat?

I sometimes go over but my fats are normally from things like natural peanut butter, eggs, etc.

I'm on about 54g fat but do low carb and high protein.

    I don't track saturated fat, but I'm hitting around 60g of total fat. At 1800 calories a day, that 30% which is right where i want to be. It's higher on workout days.

    anywhere in the 45 - 85g area, don't track saturated as a) I don't think it matters and b) the data on here isn't good enough
