Wow!! Well done u look great..

I am a mother of 3 year old twins. I was completely lazy up until my kids were about a year and a half. I was so depressed and completely disgusted with myself. I decided it was time for a change. Below is my progress thus far. 105 pounds down. If I can do it, anyone can!

I'm a mom of 4 trying to work my way down. Curious to know what do you! I see some people do mainly running or lifting weights. Can you share your workout schedule. It doesn't have to be detailed. I'm just gathering information. Thanks. By the way, you look awesome.

8 months pregnant with 6th child. I gain 50-60lbs per child.

9 months later. Weight is normally gone. I figured that this is how I was going to look. I even bought bigger clothes.

One year later. Normally all my weight is gone, but not this time.
    Summer2010-3-2.jpg

Feb27th of this year I had been exercising and eating 1200 calories. 131 lbs

2 months later. Same exercises, but changed diet, inches started to come off started to finally come off. I increased calories, increased protein, and decreased carbs. 127lbs

    I am 42 and have 6 kids.

    EDIT: Trying to resize!

    You look GREATTTTTTTTTT!!!!!
  • Wow, first off, I want to say you all look awesome :D I new to this site. I had my son two and a half years ago, and my highest weight was 206lbs, my pre-preg weight was about 145 ish.

I was able to lose weight down to about 165lbs, but for the last year I've struggled with trying to lose the last 20.

I don't have any photos right now, but I'll share a slight success story I guess.
About 2 months ago is when I started trying to lose the rest of the weight. I still weigh the same, but I'm visibly smaller than 2 months ago and even went down a pants size.

Seeing all of these photos is very encouraging, and to anyone that's struggling, you can do it!

The before was 4 months after I had my son {I had a c-section} where I weighed around 225-230lbs. I had actually already lost some weight before the 'before photo' but I took the official photo before I started Turbo Jam, P90X, lots of running and lots of clean eating. The 'After' was my pre-pregnancy weight. Around 165... which I have been maintaining for the past 3-4yrs but started to get back on the wagon again last month to finally reach my ultimate goal weight of 125

These are awesome! Everyone is so inspiring and it's so nice to see a forum where everyone can stand with each other instead of bashing :)

I don't have any afters or even during for that matter. Maybe I'll work on that this week...
