AMAZING! My stretch marks look like yours in your before picture. You can hardly see them at all in your after picture! You give me motivation that I can still look hot! Awesome job!

Good morning ladies! You all look so very amazing. Congrats on your hard work! I have been at this for about a year and a half and have lost about 100 pounds. I think I want to lose another 20-30 pounds but am really working more on muscle building/fat loss than the number on the scale. We all know that scale is a lying devil and doesnt really tell the whole story!!!
Made the mistake of under eating, doing too much cardio and not enough weights the first part of the year. Around Christmas time this year I started upping my calories and lowering my cardio, doing more weights. While the number on the scale has not budged, my body is definitely changing and I am losing inches/sizes. I joined the group Eat More to Weigh Less on here, and have met some amazing ladies. Definitely do not starve yourself to get to your goals! Our bodies need that fuel to work hard for us!
This is my progress over the first year:

<--- there's my after.. I wish I had a before! But I've had 2 kids, gained over 60 lbs with both, and have some major stretch marks and a little extra skin to show for it.

One of the things I did was wear a belly band or girdle right after each birth.. I swear by it!

You look awesome! I must say, out of everyone on here, I see my body type resemble yours the most!
what have you been doing to get your weight off? Do you do more cardio or weight training? Also, do you do any core excercises?

You all look amazing! Pre-baby I was 5'7 125. Now, 22 months later :grumble: I was 151 but after a couple of weeks at 1200 calories I'm down to 144. 19 lbs to go!

I work - a lot and my husband works crazy hours, too. How do you all manage to fit in workouts? Do you exercise at home?

I work out at home, sometimes it means I have a 2yo climbing on me, but so be it, its better than not doing anything instead! I also walk with the pram or the bike with a handle on the back a fair bit, and ride my bike with the baby trailer on it

Well done everyone! I am starting again from the heaviest I have ever been in my life and was a little down about it all setting myself up to fail again etc! THEN, someone pointed me in the direction of mfp and I just had a look through this thread! I can do it too!! *\o/*
