            pizza! I know it's bad and I don't care, I will spend the majority of the week trying to make healthy decisions , but sometimes I just need some pizza and I won't deny myself these foods anymore, every time I try to I end up falling back into binge eating and gaining the weight back. Having these unhealthy things sometimes is what keeps me on track instead of having a total freak out that I can't enjoy food anymore.0

            That would be the TWO pieces of See's caramel and nut candy along with an entire small bag of unbuttered popcorn at the movies yesterday. That was following a Thai lunch where I pigged out on Green Curry with Jasmine rice and chicken satay. Yeah, I was sick last night!0

            YIKES! Saturday my husband and I went to Moxie's and had a White Chocolate Brownie dessert. Looked up the calories and it was 1430 calories!!!!!!!!!!!! Good thing I just started recording my food today!

            i had a damn sausage egg and cheese biscuit sandwich from burger king yesterday. that **** has way more sodium than it's worth and i am now sad thinking about it.0

            I just had a bowl of Extreme Cookies 'n Cream ice cream with a diced strawberry for dessert after supper. It's chocolate ice cream with Oreo cookies crumbled in it0
