How is everyone doing?! I absolutely love this challenge. When I exercise now I think in terms of 'getting my miles in'. I've also found that I will push myself those extra 5 or 10 minutes just to get to the mile marker! Also, my dogs are pretty happy

A note: I have a back injury so I can only ride the stationary bike and swim. So riding many miles on the bike isn't too difficult for me, certainly not as difficult as running and jogging as some of you have been doing. The number is also high so far for two other reasons:
1. I had an endurance run on the bike today and that alone was 42 miles. I don't usually ride that far.
2. My boyfriend told me he wanted to ride 200 miles this month so I am trying to encourage him for doing the same.
