Probably 90-100 minutes. Not fast, mind you, but it helps to have something good on the TV that you want to finish watching!

Not at a gym, at home, on my own treadmill in front of my own TV.
  • I've only made it for 40 minutes at the longest and only two or three times.

Sometime in March I did 16k. It took me 2.5 hours.

17 km, took me 1 hour and 35 minutes. Once you pass the first hour, it really just gets harder... no it doesn´t. If you need too, you´ll just do it.

Did 6.2 miles in 75 minutes but it was a PITA because the machine wants to kick you off at 60 minutes and I hadn't reached my goal yet so I had to reset it and start over to finish the last couple miles.

60 minutes but I was reading the Hunger Games while walking (this was when the book first came out) I would only allow myself to read the book while on the bike or treadmill and so I was getting some good walks and rides in, but then I had to wait for what seemed like forever for Catching Fire to come out and I was off my exercise kick by then so I didn't follow that rule

Two hours and some change. I was bored that day. Nothing major, about 4ish miles an hour.

100 to 120 minutes. I have to be thoroughly involved in a movie or show for anything over 45 minutes.
