    Maybe 6 minutes as a pre-warmup warmup.

Okay, fine, I wanted to see the end of the hockey game on TV so I watched it from the dreadmill. Just glad it didn't go into OT.

I see. Well, I'm gonna try for 2 hours today and see how it goes. Normally I do 30 minutes but I just set a new goal today so I'm motivated.

200 hours. I had to do a 20 miler for marathon trianing but the weather was bad. I had to stop at 18 miles as I wanted to kill myself from bordom.

Maybe I'm a weirdo, but I actually like the treadmill. It's my 'me' time - I pop in my ear buds and ignore the world. I regularly do 60-75 minutes 5X/week.

    That's wassup..
  • An hour and a half... walking on an incline when I was first getting into shape... I was watching TV and didn't want to stop! (I don't have TV at home, I'm such a heathen)
  • 45 minutes - but it was only ONE time. I get so bored on the treadmill! Give me a good trail through the woods & I could run for 10 miles.

Treadmills are medieval torture devices in my world. I rarely last more than 5 minutes.

About 6 minutes. I was too bored to continue and just made my way over to the weights.

18 minutes alternating running and walking (4mph and 3.5mph respectively) I've only had the treadmill a few weeks. I use my ipod when on there, makes it more fun

Wouldn't 200 calories of rum be more fun?

Two hours and two minutes. (Half marathon training and it was pouring rain on my long-run day.)

When i first started losing weight last winter around 60 minutes at a time, 6 days a week.

Now... no more than 25-30 minutes running 3 times a week.

I do 1/2 and full marathon training on my treadmill. So 5 hours would be the longest. Typically no more than 1 to 1 1/2 hours though in general.

10 minutes. Wanted to die. Next day I went outside and knocked out 5 miles easy. Can't stand the things.
