I usually have a slim fast for breakfast, but since I am off work today, I made my husband pancakes and bacon, and while he was eating, I had 1 c cheerios and 1/2 c skim milk 150 cal and an 8 oz glass of sunny d 60 cal

I had one whole wheat bagel with ligh strawberry cream cheese and I drank a serving of veggie juice because it's in the fridge and nobody else will drink it:grumble: In total it came to about 380 cals but it keeps me going thought almost the entire morning untill I need tto raid my tupperware of strawberries.Yummy0

Because I never used to eat breakfast if it's not easy I don't do it....so
