okay, I'm in... going to give up cigarettes and cokes.0

I'm in. Eating Clean, not smoking, oh which one.
How about both??0 -
I'm in! Mine is ALSO eating too much bread and missing workouts!0

How many times have people done things, such as weight loss, or exercise for months, then eventually just stop?
That 21 days is a myth. Don't think I am being a party pooper, just saying it takes longer than 21 days. I do support whatever you're doing.
That is true - it sometimes does happen like that.
Butttt....this could give someone who can't quit 'just like that' a kick start and motivation throughout xx0 -
I am in, but I already started. I am on day 8 of giving up pop. It is so hard, but I keep watching the days go by and it is getting easier.0
-
Urggg, mine habit sucks. I wake up in the middle of the night and snack on whatever. I need to break that habit badly.0

Oh, yeah, I think most of us know that 21 days don't make anything definitive. I still like the motivation to start different things once in a while, and I guess three weeks without bread or skipping derby training (for me) would still make a huge difference in the final result.0 -
Day 3 no binge, woohoo!0
-
I'm in. I want to make sure to actually log every day. Even weekends. I know I do so much better when I keep track, but weekends just slip away! Feel free to add me, so you can stalk my profile and make sure I complete my diary every day lol.
Oh, and I need to drink more water, too.0 -
Im in :-) I wanna break my fast food habit and work out at least 30mins every day even just a walk will do :-)0
-
fml i failed already i had red rooster... i'm such a failure
You are NOT a failure!!!! This isn't an easy journey. Start new again today, you can do it!!!0 -
Yay! Mine goal is to drink my water EVERY DAY!0
-
I'm in! I will do no sweets. No candy, cakes, cookies, nothing like that.0
-
Day one no soda drank 7 glasses of water almost 8. Lost 3 lbs I must of been rediculously dehydrated and holding onto water weight.
It's so nice to see progress with habit breaking, isn't it?!0 -
I am in, though I don't know which habit I want to break0
-
My goal: Aerobics at least 15 minutes a day, except weekends.
I've noticed that exercising helped me to study (I'm so tired after that I don't want to do anything else, or I feel like I can't just do "normal" stuffs after exercising.) (so if it's only an habit for these 21 days, it won't be lost )0 -
Yay! Mine goal is to drink my water EVERY DAY!
I try to do this, but I have a bladder the size of a quarter, I sware!!0 -
I have ceased drinking; not due to any abuse issues (currently) but due to its high caloric value and wanting to clear my mind of all mind altering substances....I quit smoking almost 90 days ago and it feels SO good to be done with that (which I was hopelessly addicted to!!!). So I've gone without drinking for almost a month now (maybe longer but I haven't counted).0

I'm down with the make/break for the next 21 days.
Make: brush teeth 2 times a day since I just found a chip in one of the front ones.
Make: yoga 3-4 times a week
Break: no potato chips (1/2 a serving for taco salad)

I'm in!! I want to go 21 days without pop (regular or diet) and without skipping a workout!
Current weight is 185 lbs0 -
I wanna join--I will commit to logging everything for the next 21 days starting today. I usually don't log on the weekends, I just don't so I will now!!! may help with my weight loss0
-
I'm trying to give up flour and sugar. Two things that are my major downfall.0
-
Mine is to get moving every day for at least 30 minutes of some sort of activity.:happy:0

fml i failed already i had red rooster... i'm such a failure
That's okay! We all slip sometimes. Today is a new day. Try again!
I'll start a new habit today too. Today is Day 1 of me remembering to drink my 8 glasses of water.0 -
I'm in. My is exercise. I just seem to be dragging. I want to try to do something each day. I've been stuck. Need to keep going and to find something new. But mainly keep going. I will try to remember to log in everyday. I may not be able to however.0

I'm in. I want to axe out the soda (regular and diet) and I want to increase my water intake (harder than quitting soda). I need support other than my super-fit 'I-work-out-a-zillion-hours-a-day-and-eat-like-a-horse' husband who doesn't have or understand my issues.0
-
I have been wanting to get busy with tummy strengthening exercise so that is my 21 day goal. Plus sticking to my food plan and listing food intake each day on the site.:glasses:0
-
I'm also in! My goals are:
-Exercise daily (7 days a week)
-Eat healthy (I'm not on a specific diet but I am monitoring my carbs, calories, etc..)
-No fried food! (Kinda already stated above)
-Water, water, water!
I'm ready to stop putting things off until tomorrow!
*My journey started on 05/14/120 -
I'm in...I just want to eat within my calories for the 21 days0
