Well I am 1.5 away from this short term goal, and that is my adjusted figure. Moving on. Missing that makes my end of October goal all the more important.

Hi everybody ... 2 lbs. up this week ... it was well earned ... really struggling this week with life and PMS on top of it. I'll accept this gain since it could have been way worse ... things should settle soon and I'll get back on track ... no problemo!!

Back down again Need to work hard to keep the scale going in that direction. When I started this 12 weeks ago I really thought i would be dropping into the 160's by now....just need to keep working. I finally caught the cold (or more acurately it caught me) that the kids have had and feel tired and worn out. May not get in a workout today. Let the body rest and get better. ok, so I'm FINALLY getting some numbers on the scale that I like after a frustrating 6-week long plateau. They are small numbers, but they do count!
I went to a friend's birthday party this weekend and behaved food-wise. I THOUGHT I looked pretty good when I left the house, but today I saw myself in some pictures that were taken and was reminded that I still have a looooong way to go yet (two words: bat wings :blushing: ). I printed them out to keep myself motivated so I won't rest on my laurels of the 20 pound loss (with still 30 more to go).

Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend.
Week 6 August 26 – 292.3 -1.5 Woo hoo! Might make it to my goal next week! I sure hope so! Total of 10.7 lost since we started.
Week 7 September 2 Labor Day is Monday - hope to be @ 290 by today. 291.4 lost .9 this week and didn’t make my goal Oh well, there’s always next week.
Week 8 September 9 – 287.2 4.2 lost Woo hoo! I’m only a few days late but I’m definitely below 290 now.
Week 9 September 16 – 285.8 1.4 lost total of 17.2 since we started
Week 10 September 23 – 284.6 1.2 lost total of 18.4 so far. Doubting that I’ll make my 280 goal by next week though.
Week 11 September 30 Eli’s birthday – 283 lost 1.6 total of 20 so far. I didn’t make it to my 280 goal by today but I’m close. Maybe next week0 -
Morning everyone. I didn't post last week, had lots going on. Found out I have low sugar and now have to test my glucose at least three times a day. I'm not on medication yet, but looks like I could be eventually if I can't get it under control. On a good note, all this exercise that I have done has taken away my osteoperosis so I don't need my monthly medication for that. Whoo Hoo! I am down 1/2 lb from two weeks ago, but I'll take it, as it is slow going.. Have a good week everyone!

Everyone is doing an amazing job. Congrats to the people that have lost. Good job to all that have maintained and don't give up to the people that have gained. We all have our own issues on a weekly basis that we have to deal with. Some weeks will be easier than others. Hang in there, it will get better. Have a wonderful week.
I will actually weigh in this week on Friday, since Saturday is my birthday and I plan on not watching what I eat all weekend. I will be starting my second round of P90X on Monday, so I will give myself 2 whole days to just eat and veg out. Then Monday I am back in the game.

Life gets stressfull sometimes and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm officially admitting that I've been making excuses lately to slack off on my healthy lifestyle mission and I'm going to break that cycle starting right this second. Life gets stressful sometimes and I have to accept that and deal with it. So far today (which only really just started) I've been on track so now I just have to stay there. Thank you all for being such a great support system ... you really are the best inspiration.

Hi there Sexy Christmas Friends ... just want to drop a quick note ... my computer is being wonky ... maybe a virus or something ... my techie friend will be checking it out for me but not 'til next week so not sure when I can get back on. Hello my friends ... I just got back from a weekend away. Hubby and I went to our daughter's surprise 25th birthday party. Way too much food, way too much wine, not nearly enough exercise ... way way too much fun :laugh: Well I'm back now ... back to my normal routine.0

OMG!!!
I have been soooooooooo bad this weekend. Mexican food, cheeseburger/fries, and fried chicken!!!
I feel horrible!!! I am starting over tomorrow but I totally expect a gain on weigh in day Wednesday!! No body's fault but mine!!! Uggggggggggggggg why do I do this to myself????
In a couple of weeks my husband will be going back out on the road. He will be gone during the week and home on weekends and I fully intend to use that time away to get my self in check!!!! I won't have to cook for him and we won't be tempted to go out to eat so it should be easier!!!
Fingers crossed, tomorrow is the big day for the interview. It's wierd, I don't even feel nervous for some reason, I just KNOW this is mine!!! God is walking in there with me and I will be fine!!!

I exercised m-f last week. I took sat and sun off...so back to my routine today!0 -
Interview went okay I guess. They won't start calling for round 2 for a couple of weeks. The job starts off part time and she didn't know what the pay would be but there are no benefits and it's in an old house, I would be the only one there all the time so I'm not sure I would be sad if I didn't get it. I just wish I would get more calls. I have been sending out resumes left and right but nothing!!!
I got on the scale today and I have gained like 5 lbs in the past week alone!!
Why is it so easy to gain but so hard to lose??
I am starting to get discouraged again but I am trying really hard not to let it get to me!!!
