    Well, you just reminded me that I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer this morning so maybe I'll have pizza instead. Whateva whateva, I do what I waaaahnt.

    Zuccini Boats :) Hollowed out Zuccini and then filled in with extra lean ground turkey ( cooked with pasta sauce) and light cheese. Bake for 45 minutes and they are so soft and yummy. My 11 year old son loves these!

    These sound gorgeous, I think I might have these for tea on Saturday, with some rice
