    right now im having a hard time trying to figure out meals that i can eat...
    and since i work in a truck so im trying to find meals that dont need heat or anything...
    today i bought a salad kit and a fruit salad...
    but i wonder how long that will hold up...

    I usually take a sandwhich to work and have a fruit cup as a snack. If you have time in during the day, I also know a recipe for a Sweet-N-Spicey Chicken Wrap that you can prepare during the day and wrap up to take to work with you. I also have a recipe for a BBQ chicken pizza, that you can cook as dinner and take left overs to work. Can you tell I'm a chicken fan? :tongue:

    about to go out to dinner (it's going to be a bad one) so DH and baby and I will do a two mile walk afterward then I'll go to the gym and ramp it up a bit and get a little bit harder of a workout in..

    How are y'all doing today?!?!

    I bought some wood and I'm doing a project... I'll post a picture when I'm finished so I can brag!! lol.

    I am heading to the gym now to do an hour workout! :) Well 50% will be cardio, 50% strength training. :wink:

    but i did a 1 hour cardio kickboxing class followed by a 30 min abs class.

    i think i might be a bit sore tomorrow...

    Wow, I bet! Good goin! I always loved my kickboxing classes when I was in school =) Hope you're not too sore in the morning!!

    Ok, I didn't get to do anything last night. Well, more like I chose not to. We were asleep by 8:30. So, I'll work out today.

    I'd like to be below 200 by Halloween as well!! I'm 5 lbs away and have 4 weeks to lose it!! I'm stuck this week though. I'm not eating too well though so I need to stop. My biggest problem is eating while bored... I'm going back to my "drink 12 oz of water before I eat" rule.. When I know I've eaten plenty and I'm not really hungry and just bored I drink water and if I'm still hungry 30 minutes later... I eat.

    Wow, I can't believe I could.. no, will be below 200 lbs by the end of the month! I've been above 200 since around this time last year! Granted I was 6-7 months pregnant, but that's no excuse! After he was born and I lost the initial weight (baby/swelling) I was the exact same weight for 7 months!! (214!) I got up to 214.8 when I started this lifestyle change.. but for 7 months I didn't once get above 214.. or below.. crazy huh?!

    ok.. I just did 22 minutes on the treadmill and 17 minutes on the eliptical ... I don't really work out for an hour.. I just try to get 2 miles in... 4 times a week.. is that ok for the challenge?? It takes me 40 minutes... and then I run up and down the stairs everyday when I leave (I live on the third floor!!) and I have an almost 9 month old son that I chase around and pick up and down a thousand times a day so I'll count daily activities as my extra 20 minutes! lol..

    i havent been working out in the past two days i worked out on tuesday and my inner thighs are killing me...
    i did some work out and i pushed it to much...
    lol gotta get rid of that chub rub some how..
    but my eating has been horrible...
    so i think im going to work out a lot today...
    ill have my boyfriend push me...
    i have to get ready for softball for school...
    soooo
    i have till oct 14 to get back in shape... lol
