    I did something similar a few years back, without even realizing that I was doing interval training. The weight came off really fast! I must remember to do this again! Thanks for posting the article!

    Thanks for sharing! I just finished C25K on Sunday and have been thinking about how to move forward. I knew I wanted to add intervals and was planning on researching it this weekend...you've just saved me the trouble!
    C25K is basically a form of intervals anyway, right?

    C25K is basically a form of intervals anyway, right?

    No really. It starts off as very gentle intervals but really its purpose is to get your endurance up so you can run 30 minutes or so non stop.

    Bumping for later, I have scanned this post and from what I have read, I just want to say thanks :).. I have recently started running, I never liked to run before but I'm actually loving it now, I do strength training with it, and a little abs here and there.
