Of course lululaura. All you need to do is the following for seven days: stick close to, or under you calorie allowance, drink at least 8 glasses of water and walk at least 10,000 steps daily. Come back in a week and tell everyone how much you lost in the week (i call it a perfect week, cause you really need to focus to bri g the food, exercise and water all together for a week) ...All the best0

Wow I can't believe I did it! I was 68.2 last Sun 20th May, now I'm 67 kilos Sun 27th May. This is amazing, and it's great news as it means upping my calories from 1200 to 1400 has worked for me!! Very happy with that. This is the second week I've been on higher caloroes and it seems to be speeding up my weight loss. The first week it actually slowed down so I'm glad I've given it a chance.0
