    My goal is mainly to tone and not to lose. I'm more or less happy with my weight, although I wouldn't mind loosing another 5lbs :)

    I'm 5 foot 5, and when I first started losing (before this site) I was 154lbs and am now 141.6lbs, but want to be 126lbs.

    Currently 156lbs
    1st Goal is back to pre-pregnancy 130lbs (I expect it to take another 15 - 20 weeks)
    2nd Goal is back to fit, strong, able to run a marathon pre-pregnancy state (could be a while...)

    I'm 5'9" and stared out at 230...a few years back. I got down to 155, on a different program, which was pretty slim for me. I went back to some of my old ways and gained about 20. I signed up for MFP a few months back and have been serious, for the past few weeks, about getting back to where I want to be. 169 is top of my weight chart. I think I'd like to drop 10 more and tone. I do find MFP to be a better fit than the expensive programs.

    Started at 234 lbs and 5'11". Am now 220 lbs and same height. More importantly, I am a couple of inches less diameter around the fat middle.

    Started MFP - 65kg (144lb) Feb 2012
    I am 63kg (139lb) now and am aiming for 62kg and will make another goal when I reach this weight.
    I think my ultimate goal is about 60kg (133lb)

  • 5'7, started at 281 on May 1st, down to 267 today. Hope to be under 159 within the next 18 months (which is the point that someone of my height is no longer considered overweight. :D Good luck to you!

    1m 68 cm ( doc measured me on Friday on blood pressure check up,,, all ok, gave up salted peanuts... my cravings.)
    now around 91 kilo's,
    I did go up to 110 kilo's from 86 after a car took me off my mountain bike and I had to have an operation on my arm.
    That was about 4 years back,
    The above got me into the gym to get my strength back and I haven't left since.
    Did a gym instructors course in the UK, and moved out to Oz and found a 24 hour gym.
    Life's a rockin.

    my goal weight is 115 lbs
    I'd love to be 125 by july but I guess that's not too realistic
    I'm doing it the right way though maybe if I work my lil bootie off I can make it
    I just want to be able to go swimming this year I avoided it last year and when i did go I didn't take my swimsuit cover off lol

    I started this journey 10 years ago
    I was 230 lbs at 5 ft 3.5 inches.
    Had RNY gastric bypass,
    3 kids later,
    I am now at 153
    In 10 pounds I will be normal weight,
    But ultimately I would love to be 125 pounds which is well within normal range so as to NEVER be overweight again. Once I get down to normal weight I will NEVER be overweight again.

  • I am Angela I am 6'2 and started out at 315 two weeks ago.. Now I am at 308 and hate even putting down those numbers. I served in the US Navy and Now I hate the way I look and feel. I have been on diets all my life and I wish so many times I could be like the skinny girl that walks down our school hall. I feel like I am doing this all alone and I will not succeed again. I would love to get back down to what I was when I went into the service 185. But who knows. Getting married in December and afraid my dress will not fit. Have had night mares about that. My fiance loves me for me but when I look in the mirrors I hate what I see. Any advice would be great...
