    I weigh after my morning workout in my underwear. I have bowel movements at night, so that does not matter.

    For me - naked. I figure different clothes and shoes weigh different amounts so I want to know what "I" weigh!

    First thing in the morning naked, if I'm awake enough to care, and typically shortly before I go to bed. I like seeing the fluctuation in weight even though I haven't had anything to eat or drink. Depending on the morning pee I re-weigh myself.... It's an ongoing joke with my wife, because I can hold it for 6-8 hours, she goes 2-3 times an hour :)
