257 now and my goal is 2000 -
"started" 4/1/12 at 231.8 lbs. but really just got motivated and determined this past week. I'm 5'6.. was in a size 20 women's at 231.8 and currently in 18's.
my final goal , for the moment is 165 lbs and about a size 11/12.. I was happiest with my weight/body shape at that weight/size when I lost weight before I had my children.
short term goal is under 200 lbs by the end of August.
my lowest weight ever (since middle school anyway) was 142 lbs and size 8/9 and I felt that was not a good look for my frame. but that may have been because I was just not toned enough.
oh and my current weight is 222 lbs this morning...0 -
5' 6" 246 pounds I started a while back like a year but never really tried. I just started for real on 5/19/2012.
My goal weight is 145 pounds. This is what I weighed after my first 2 kids. I would love to get there again. Maybe by 1 and a half years. I would like it to be shorter than that, hopefully it will be. I have hope.0 -

I followed this pretty seriously last year and lost almost 60 lbs total quit and I gained some back was at 298 down to 248 now at 258. I would like to be about 150. im 5'70
