    Having just returned to MFP after a failed attempt last year, I find your weight loss inspiring! I'm a guy with around 100lbs to lose, maybe a bit more, and reading about your success just shows me that it can be done.

    You look so much happier, well done! I've found the biggest challenge is maintaining though, so I recommend keeping up with MFP :)

    In reply to a good question asked! I have since got a new job and I would never have had the confidence in myself before my weight loss to even try a new job! And a good number of people in the office who have seen me before commented straight away on my weight loss! < that is one of the best feelings :smile:

    Thank you for such kind words, it makes the time spent picking through which foods to have and not worth it in the end when people can really see the difference! Just got to maintain now, which is another great challenge!
