    Not the best week but, considering I was on vacation, I could have done much worse. My weight has been allover the place the entire week. Not even sure why I bothered to weigh myself while on vaca because it fluctuated a good 5 lbs up and down all week! Back to normal today and need to kick some lbs' butts!!! :wink:

    sorry for missing my post last week. I was out of town attending 2 memorials. looks like the drinking caught up with me. i think i can get back on track. Just being in the 150s is an accomplishment for me since it has been a few years since i've been down that far.

    I feel like I did better than this shows this week. It was a weird week though. My daughter was really sick for several days and while it is hard to snack and over eat with a baby sleeping on you, it is also hard to keep hydrated and make healthy meals. I'm sure not drinking enough water during the week is making my normal summer water rentention worse. I normally hold onto a couple pounds of water once the night time temp stays above 70 most nights. I don't know why, but it's been that way since I moved to Phoenix 15 years ago. I also started C25K last week. I managed all three days for week 1 but feel like my ankles and knees are swollen as they adjust to running. I'll keep at it and see what happens next Monday.
