    Yeah!!! I finally made it to ONEderland. I haven't seen this in a very long time.

    I had a really good week this week. Managed to work out every day and not let my MIL drive me too nuts. I'm sure this week will be more challenging since my daughter will have to be 're-trained' once Oma goes home tonight.

    I adjusted my goals for the challenge since I met the first one 2 weeks early. I didn't want to give myself any reason to go easier on myself.

    Well, no progress this week BUT I am done with my out of town conferences for a while. Now that I am back home I can be more careful about what I eat and I should start making forward progress again!

    Not thinking I am going to make my first mini goal, but I am excited to see the scale drop back down this week. Plus, I was able to put on a pair of jeans that I have been trying to get into. I wasn't able to even pull them all the way up when I bought them! Now I can get them up ans zipped! I can't wear them in public, but :D

    Well, not only did I have a horrible weekend food-wise, I pulled my bicep on Thursday (it's hard to do ANY exercise whatsoever with a pulled bicep - hurts to even walk!), and I think I've plateaued. Blech.

    My goal right now is to focus on losing, regardless of what else is going on, because THIS is something I can control. My kids' nanny had a psychotic break and ran away from home (since found by the police, but unstable), I have a 41 page grievance to file at my school, and work is overwhelming me. But at least I'm making progress here!
